Martin Estill, Chief Executive Officer

Martin brings over 30 years experience in providing comprehensive sales, marketing and strategic management solutions to technology and energy companies.  Having served in the roles of Founder, CEO, Vice President of Sales and/or Marketing of several small to medium sized technology companies, he has extensive real world, first-hand experience in successfully starting and running businesses. Companies that Martin has worked with include JD Edwards (Oracle: NYSE), Maverick Geophysics (Petroleum GeoServices: NYSE), Neon Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ) and GeoQuest Systems (Schlumberger: NYSE) He currently sits on the board of EmLogis, Inc., Omnibase Logic, Inc. and ZMD Group, LLC.

Tom Lasseter, Ph.D.,  Senior Technical Advisor

Tom Lassseter has been a leader in developing integrated 3D modeling systems for the oil industry for 30 years.  His career includes: Intercomp as a reservoir engineer and software develop; Dupont & Rachford in software development for real time pipeline systems; Schlumberger Research in reservoir simulation and formation testing tool development; and Sierra Geophysics as a program manager for integrated interpretation.  In 1987 Tom founded TechLogic, which was sold to Landmark in 1995.  Tom joined RC-Squared in 1997 and developed a new integrated interpretation system which was sold to Seismic Micro Technology.  Tom earned a BS Degree in Physics at Georgia Tech, a MS in nuclear engineering from U.C. Berkeley, and a PhD in Geotechnical Engineering from U.C. Berkeley.

Stuart Jackson, Chief Operating Officer

Stuart is a co-founder, with Tom Lasseter, of S2S Systems.  Stuart has held leadership roles in a number of successful startups prior to S2S Systems. He has held management level positions with 4D seismic, bottom cable seismic, virtual reality software and quality control systems companies. He was responsible for the development of one of the first fully integrated real-time quality control systems for seismic acquisition while at QC Tools, an ION Geophysical (NYSE: IO)  company. Stuart earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geophysical Engineering with a minor in Computer Science from the Colorado School of Mines. He has also completed a number of Executive Education programs from Rice University.

John Elmer, Chief Marketing Officer

John has been CEO of Gelb Consulting Group, a strategic marketing firm based in Houston, Texas for the past decade. John is also a principal in G2M Partners, a new Gelb venture that provides CMO services to growing companies in the oilfield, energy and technology industries.  He is a recognized expert in marketing strategy and new product development and has deep experience in the oilfield service industry. John most recently served as Chief Marketing Officer for Houston-based Ingrain, a rapidly-growing startup serving the global oil and gas industry. John earned his M.B.A. in marketing from the University of Houston in 1984, and received a B.A. with honors in psychology from the University of Texas in 1980.

Doug Tucker, Chief Financial Officer

Doug has over 27 years of financial, investment, and employee benefits experience.  His experience includes: establishing a Broker Dealer, a Bank, a Registered Investment Advisory company and consulting to Fortune 500 companies.  He was a member of the KPMG national actuarial leadership group and served on several national committees at Mercer.   He has served on the board of the Houston Inventors Association. Mr. Tucker received his BBA from Baylor University.  He is a CPA licensed in Texas, an Associate of the Society of Actuaries and an Enrolled Actuary licensed with the IRS.  He has the series 7, 24, 27, 28, 66 and 79 security licenses.
